Members, this is your place to meet, catch up with one another and show off your newest addition to the collection. If you’re a new member, or considering joining the club, this is the time to learn what we’re all about, which in a nutshell, is collecting and appreciating Arms of all kinds while supporting and defending our constitutional rights. Having trouble identifying an arm or accessory? Bring it in on a meeting night and let our member experts offer their insights.
Held every third Tuesday of the month at The Bullet Hole classroom (located in the building immediately to the south of the gun shop & shooting range) in Overland Park KS. Show and tell starts at 6:30 P.M. with the general business meeting to follow at 7:00 P.M.
The basic purpose of a show or exhibit sponsored by this Association will be the promotion of the ideals and standards of MVACA Our by-laws clearly set forth that,
“This Association is dedicated to the promotion of the craft of arms collecting; to bind its members into an organization for the exchange of information and to further the study of arms types; to cooperate with sportsmen and other arms clubs in matters of mutual interest; to analyze carefully and intelligently, any and all proposed laws affecting the common good of collectors and sportsmen and add vigorous protest against all needless, unfair or prohibitive arms legislation; and to hold exhibits and/or shows for the benefit of our members and guests.”
